This week we bring you the art of the space selfie.
NASA astronauts Barry Wilmore and Terry Virts are currently on their second of three scheduled spacewalks this week on the International Space Station. According to The Washington Post, the astronauts, assisted by Italian astronaut and robotic arm engineer for the ISS Samantha Cristoforetti, will install docking accommodations for privately-built crew capsules.
Amid these spacewalks, it immediately became clear that astronauts snap the absolute best selfies; even better, they tweet them out to the Earth below.
So, for your viewing pleasure, MNet presents the original tweeted selfie from Astronaut Terry Virts.
And remember to stay tuned for next weekβs Manufacturing Snapshot of the Week.
