WINNIPEG, Manitoba (AP) — Hillary Rodham Clinton has avoided taking a position on the Keystone XL pipeline but she's likely to be confronted with the issue when she returns to the lecture circuit in Canada

Clinton is headlining paid speaking events in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, on Wednesday. They come a day after President Barack Obama delivered his State of the Union address and as Congress considers whether to approve construction of the oil pipeline.
