An Axiall Corp. spokesman says the company is investigating an accident at its Natrium plant that injured four workers.
Axiall spokesman Tony Ventry tells media outlets that two employees remain hospitalized at the West Penn Burn Center in Pennsylvania with what are believed to be non-life threatening injuries. One worker was treated at Wetzel County hospital and released and the other was treated on-site.
The workers were exposed to a caustic soda solution while performing a maintenance operation at the plant on Friday.
