The maker of industrial pumps, located in Brookvale, Australia, will be merged into PSG’s Blackmer operation. The companies did not disclose financial details of the deal.

Ebsray was founded in the late 1930’s to design and manufacture regenerative turbine and positive displacement pump technologies, such as sliding vanes and gear-based varieties. The Ebsray product line includes sliding vane pumps, regerative turbine pumps, internal gear pumps and a variety of other products and services.

Tom Madden, PSG Vice President and General Manager of Blackmer, said in a release: “This acquisition is consistent with our strategic vision to expand PSG’s presence in select vertical markets.
