Sigma Electric Appoints New CEO

Viren Joshi has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of M/s Sigma Electric by unanimous voting by its Board of Directors.

Garner, NC — August 7, 2012 — Viren Joshi has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of M/s Sigma Electric by unanimous voting by its Board of Directors, effective June 18, 2012.

With over 30 years experience leading global manufacturing and engineering companies based in India, Asia, the Middle East and Europe, Joshi is an asset to Sigma Electric.

Prior to this assignment, Viren has successfully managed several multi-national organizations as the CEO / Managing Director. At Parker Hannifin, Viren Joshi served for over 14 years and set up the company’s operations in India and South Asia and established it as the brand leader in the fluid power market.

Joshi holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and post graduate qualification in management, both, from Mumbai University.
