PARMA, Ohio (AP) — Officials have identified a worker fatally injured in an accident at a General Motors Co. plant in suburban Cleveland.

Authorities were contacted Tuesday afternoon about a worker trapped by machinery at the metal processing plant in Parma, Ohio. The medical examiner in Cleveland identified the victim Wednesday as 52-year-old Phil Niewiadomski of Painesville.
