NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Plastics recycler The Highlands Group is putting a new facility in Elizabethton, Tenn.
Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development Commissioner Bill Hagerty said the state is working toward making Tennessee the top location in the Southeast for high-quality jobs.
The new recycling center will have 34 manufacturing jobs.
The Highland Group is based in Winston-Salem, N.C., and also has a production facility in Johnson City, Tenn.
