Kingspan Insulated Panels, a global manufacturer of insulated metal panels, announces the integration of Kingspan Insulated Panels Canada and Kingspan Insulated Panels US into a single business -- Kingspan Insulated Panels North America -- effective Oct. 1.
The integration positions the company to deliver improved service offerings, provide a more complete product selection and implement industry best work practices, leveraging the combined capabilities of the previously separate companies and the broader resources of Kingspan global operations.
"The decision to bring these two strong companies together in an expanded business combines the best of Kingspan," explained Ralph Mannion, General Manager of Kingspan Insulated Panels North America. "As a result, we're better able to accelerate our key strategic objective -- to become the leading provider of high-performance building envelope solutions in the North American construction industry."
The integration also streamlines the organizational structure of the business and enhances its ability to leverage what is now the largest manufacturer of insulated metal panels in North America in order to better meet the needs of its broad customer base.
As part of the integration, the company is launching a company-wide campaign called One Kingspan. "This campaign will enable us to achieve operational excellence across all functions of our business and across all five of our North American locations," said Mannion. "Our goal is to create a common set of values so that customers and prospective customers alike receive consistent support, excellent product quality and superior service, regardless of their location or the Kingspan associate with whom they interact."
Kingspan Insulated Panels North America operates out of five North American production locations: Deland, Fla., Modesto, Calif., Columbus, Ohio, Caledon, Ont. and Langley, B.C.
