announced that it has been named one of "Metropolitan Detroit's 101
Best and Brightest Companies to Work For" by the Michigan Business and
Professional Association (MBPA). This is the second consecutive year
Plex Systems has received the honor.
Winning companies were selected based on evaluations of their
performance in the following categories: communication, community
initiatives, compensation and benefits, diversity and
multiculturalism, employee education and development, employee
engagement and commitment, recognition and retention, recruitment and
selection and work-life balance. Selection of the winners was based on
the results of employee surveys and interviews with human resources
staff.
Plex Systems will be recognized along with the other recipients at an
awards luncheon on Wednesday, September 22 at the Marriott Dearborn
Inn. During this event, the MBPA will present elite awards recognizing
the top winners in each category, along with a 'Best of the Best'
award to the best overall company.
