LUXEMBOURG (AP) -- Steel maker ArcelorMittal SA said Friday that it would acquire the remaining minority stake in its Czech unit for $89 million.
The world's largest steel producer said the buyout was approved by shareholders of the ArcelorMittal Ostrava division.
ArcelorMittal will purchase the remaining 3.57 percent of company shares that it does not already own later this year.
