LEHIGH VALLEY, Pa. (AP) -- Air Products & Chemicals Inc. said Monday it is selling its polyurethane pre-polymers business and a New Jersey manufacturing facility to COIM USA Inc.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The deal allows Air Products to focus on its polyurethane specialties business.

COIM is a subsidiary of privately held chemicals producer COIM SpA.

Polyurethane pre-polymers are used in industrial tires and wheels and printing rollers, among other products.

Shares of Air Products rose 59 cents to $83.57 in morning trading.
