DOWNERS GROVE, Ill. (AP) -- Sara Lee Corp. said Thursday its chief financial officer will retire at the end of the fiscal year in June.
L.M. "Theo" de Kool, 56, has been with Sara Lee for 18 years and has served as executive vice president and CFO since 2002.
Sara Lee, which makes Jimmy Dean sausages, Hillshire Farm deli meats and Sara Lee breads, said it has launched a search to replace de Kool.
Shares of Sara Lee fell 4 cents to $9.59 in afternoon trading on Thursday.
