WOOD DALE, Ill. -- Danaher Motion announces that Ron Meyer has been appointed President of Thomson, a Danaher Motion company.
Meyer joined Danaher Corp. in 1997 as President, Qualitrol. He will be responsible for driving the strategy and management of Thomson's global organization of facilities in North America, Europe and Asia.
"Over the past 10+ years, Mr. Meyer has exhibited strong leadership skills reflecting Danaher's core principles. Under his leadership, Qualitrol has continually provided innovative solutions to their customers, resulting in consistent profitable business growth," said Dan Daniel, Executive Vice President, Danaher Corp.
Meyer holds a BA and MBA from the University of Minnesota.
