NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) -- Petroleum product manufacturer Delfin Group USA says it will expand its North Charleston plant, adding 160 jobs over the next several years.
The Post and Courier reported Tuesday that Delfin plans to spend $55 million to upgrade the plant it bought for $20 million late last year.
Delfin plans to use the plant to support manufacturing for its automotive and industrial lubricants to be sold in the U.S. and abroad.
The North Charleston plant currently has 15 workers. Delfin said it will complete the first phase of the expansion next year.
