TOLEDO, Ohio (AP) -- Auto parts supplier Dana Holding Corp. said Monday that John Devine, its executive chairman, will take on the additional job of chief executive at the beginning of 2009.
Gary Convis, the company's current chief executive, was named vice chairman. The board also extended the contracts of both executives through 2009, Dana said.
Devine was named executive chairman in February, while Convis has served as chief executive since April, the company said.
