PARSIPPANY, N.J. -- CyberShift, a provider of workforce management and expense management software and services, named Jon-Marc Patton to the newly created position of vice president, Channel Support.
Patton will assume responsibility for teams that coordinate and deliver presales support, training and education, and implementation services to existing and new channel partners.
“Moving forward, a strategic part of our business is to focus our direct sales organization on large, complex transactions, and to leverage our channel partners to bring our solutions to smaller and middle market companies, as well as into vertical markets. Jon-Marc will be integral in aligning our resources to support our channel partners,” said Robert E. Patton holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and has Project Management Professional certification.
