LONDON (AP) -- Cadbury PLC's executive director and chief financial officer, Ken Hanna, will step down in April, the company announced Wednesday.
Hanna, who will have served five years with Cadbury, will become chairman of Inchcape PLC, the international car retailer, the announcement said. Hanna has been a member of Inchcape's board since 2001.
