ST. LOUIS -- FKI Logistex appointed Eric Rice to Director, Technical Supports, reporting to Chris Roach, Vice President, Customer Service and Support, North America.
Rice will assume the responsibility for all technical support and hotline activities throughout North America.
The company also promoted Thomas Klercke to Director, Sortation Services & Support, also reporting to Roach.
Klercke will lead the loop sorter service team and take a larger role in growing the North American Modifications & Upgrades business.
