Horton Appoints New Senior VPs, General Managers

Airflow products maker has appointed Jeff Lindgren and Steve Wardleworth as senior vice presidents and general managers of product lines in a restructuring move.

ROSEVILLE, Minn. -- Horton has appointed two staff members as senior vice presidents and general managers of product lines in a move toward a more efficient, decentralized organization.

Jeff Lindgren is now the senior vice president of sales and marketing and general manager of the Britton, S.D., plant and fan drive product lines. Steve Wardleworth is now the senior vice president of operations and general manager of the Carmel, Ind., plant and fan and shroud product lines.

β€œThis restructuring will move us toward greater ownership and profitability of business lines and plants,” says Dave Adams, president and chief executive officer of Horton.

Jeff Lindgren has overseen Horton Inc., sales, marketing, engineering, production, finance, IT and human resources functions. Lindgren has been with Horton for eight years, most recently as vice president of sales and marketing and, prior to that, director of aftermarket sales.

Steve Wardleworth joined Horton in 2005 and most recently was vice president of manufacturing. He oversaw Horton manufacturing facilities around the world, corporate purchasing and lean six sigma initiatives.
