LIVERMORE, Calif. (AP) -- Chip testing equipment maker FormFactor Inc. named President Mario Ruscev as chief executive to succeed founder Igor Khandros.
Ruscev, 51, became president in January.
Khandros, 53, will remain with the company as executive chairman, succeeding Jim Prestridge, 76, who will become lead independent director.
FormFactor said late Tuesday that the appointments will take effect at the start of its fiscal third quarter.
