CHANDLER, Ariz. -- Microchip Technology Inc., a provider of microcontroller and analog semiconductors, appointed three individuals as vice president. The new vice presidents are Eric Bjornholt, Lauren Carr and Pete Zimmer.
Eric Bjornholt is vice president of Finance and will oversee Microchip's tax, SEC reporting, treasury, supply management and other financially-reporting activities.
Lauren Carr is vice president of Human Resources and will be responsible for overseeing Microchip's entire global Human Resources organization.
Pete Zimmer is vice president of Americas Sales and will oversee the Americas Sales organization.
