CLEVELAND (AP) -- Olympic Steel Inc., which processes steel into industrial products, said Friday it will build a $10 million plant in Sumter, S.C.
The 100,000-square-foot plant is expected to be completed by year-end. It will about about 65, the company said.
Olympic, which runs 15 facilities, said the new plant will be close to original equipment manufacturers.
Shares rose 43 cents to $47.84.
