CONCORD, N.H. (AP) -- A Missouri company with a factory in New Hampshire has agreed to pay $157,000 for hazardous waste violations.
 
Thermal Dynamics Corp. agreed to the civil penalty for not identifying and disposing of hazardous waste at its Lebanon factory, which makes plasma cutting equipment.
 
State officials say the company agreed to spend an additional $124,000 on pollution control equipment at the factory.
 
Thermal Dynamics is based in Chesterfield, Mo.
