MANNING, S.C. (AP) -- A company that makes aluminum panels for commercial construction plans to build a plant in Clarendon County, creating 45 jobs.
IntraBond LLC Chief Executive Officer Steve Kalosis told The Item of Sumter that company plans to start production in June and add a second line a month later.
The company is based in Michigan and ships its product around the world.
Clarendon County Council Chairman Dwight Stewart says gaining 45 new jobs in this economy is very important.
Stewart says he hopes IntraBond leads more global companies to come to the area.
