Tenneco Gets $200 Million In Auto Parts Contracts

Automotive parts manufacturer signed five contracts with Japanese automakers in 2007 worth about $200 million annually.

NEW YORK (AP) — Automotive parts manufacturer Tenneco Inc. said Thursday it signed five contracts with Japanese auto makers in 2007 worth about $200 million annually.
 
The contracts are for vehicles launching between 2008 and 2010.
 
Tenneco now works with seven Japanese car manufacturers in 14 countries. Tenneco generated $583 million in revenue in 2007 through contracts with Japanese car makers.
