DEARBORN, Mich. (AP) — Ford Motor Co. says it has promoted Stephen Odell to chief operating officer for Ford of Europe.
The company says Odell will push the company's plans to reduce the complexity of its vehicles and lead Europe's growing role in developing vehicles to be sold worldwide.
Also on Friday, Ford says it has added group vice president to the titles of five corporate officers to clarify their roles.
They are: Senior Vice President of Global Purchasing Tony Brown, Senior Vice President of Sustainability, Environment and Safety Sue Cischke, Vice President of Quality Bennie Fowler, Senior Vice President and General Counsel David Leitch and Vice President and Chief Information Officer Nick Smither.
