PASADENA, Calif. (AP) — Ameron International Corp. Chief Operating Officer Gary Wagner has taken over the role of president from Chief Executive James Marlen, the pipeline manufacturer said Monday.
Wagner will now play a larger role in planning and overall operations, Ameron said in a statement.
Wagner joined Ameron in 1985 and has been COO and executive vice president of Ameron since September 2005. Marlen will remain chairman and CEO. Changes were effective on Friday.
