MONTREAL — Quebec's aerospace industry will reap $400 million in contracts from U.S. aircraft manufacturer Boeing, Montreal La Presse reports.
The newspaper says Boeing will make the announcement Monday at the RTI Claro factory in Laval, just north of Montreal.
La Presse says the contracts are linked to the federal government's $1.8-billion purchase of four Boeing C-17 heavy-lift transport planes for the Canadian military.
La Presse says around 10 Quebec companies have landed deals with Boeing, with RTI Claro getting the largest at $300 million.
