THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. (AP) — Electronic components and instruments maker Teledyne Technologies Inc. said Monday it agreed to buy Impulse Enterprise, a San Diego-based maker of underwater electrical interconnection systems.
Financial terms weren't disclosed.
The company said the purchase of Impulse, which had sales of $16.8 million in 2006, will help its business supply the offshore oil and military sectors with underwater electrical and wiring systems.
