SOMERS, N.Y. (AP) — Pepsi Bottling Group Inc., the largest bottler of PepsiCo drinks, said Tuesday it will buy Pepsi-Cola Batavia Bottling Corp., an upstate New York bottler.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Pepsi Bottling said the Pepsi-Cola Batavia serves New York's Genesee, Orleans and Wyoming counties and parts of Livingston, Alleghany and Cattaraugus counties.
Pepsi Bottling said it expects the deal to close during the first quarter of 2008.
Pepsi Bottling shares fell 68 cents to $40.69.
