CLEVELAND (AP) — Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corp. said Thursday it has acquired Arrow Hose & Tubing Inc., a maker of specialty thermoplastic hose and tubing.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
In 2006, Guelph, Ontario-based Arrow Hose & Tubing had sales of $12 million.
