NEW YORK (AP) — Russian milk producer Wimm-Bill-Dann Foods OJSC said Tuesday it bought dairy producer Georgian Foods Ltd. for an undisclosed sum.
Georgian Foods is the third-largest dairy producer in Georgia. The company also runs a dairy factory in Tbilisi.
Wimm-Bill-Dann Foods said the producer will serve local demand in Georgia and supply markets in Armenia and Azerbaijan.
