Electrical products maker acquires manufacturer of high voltage condenser bushings for undisclosed price.

ORANGE, Conn. — Hubbell Inc. announced Wednesday it acquired PCORE Electric Co., Inc. Financial terms were not disclosed.
 
N.Y.-based PCORE is an independent manufacturer of high voltage condenser bushings.
 
Hubbell Inc. is a manufacturer of electrical and electronic products for commercial, industrial, residential, utility and telecommunications markets.
