GARDEN CITY, N.Y. (AP) - Kitchenware maker Lifetime Brands Inc. on Monday named Laurence Winoker senior vice president, treasurer and chief financial officer.
He replaces Robert McNally, who is retiring, but will assist through the transition.
Winoker, 51, was most recently senior vice president, controller and treasurer of MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings Inc., a holding company with controlling interests in a variety of companies.
In May, Lifetime Brands, whose brands include KitchenAid and Farberware, said it swung to a first-quarter loss on costs related to a newly-acquired home decor business.
