MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) - International Paper Co., a global supplier of uncoated paper and packaging materials, said Friday it named Timothy S. Nicholls chief financial officer, effective Dec. 1. Nicholls, 45, is replacing retiring CFO Marianne Parrs.
Nicholls is currently vice president and executive project leader on a potential joint venture with a Russian paper and pulp company. He will retain the title of vice president after the transition.
