CLEVELAND - Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corp. announced Tuesday it acquired Pulizzi Engineering, a manufacturer of AC power distribution, AC power sequencing, redundant power and remote-reboot power management systems.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
In 2006, Santa Ana, Calif.-based Pulizzi Engineering had sales of $12 million.
“The acquisition of Pulizzi broadens our power quality and distribution offerings and builds upon our existing strong product line,” said Randy W. Carson, Eaton senior vice president and president – Electrical Group.
