DORSET, England - Meggitt PLC, a manufacturer of high-performance components and systems for
aerospace, sensing and defense applications, announced Thursday the merger of Meggitt Aerospace Systems and Meggitt Electronics groups into the new Meggitt Sensing Systems division.
Meggitt Sensing Systems will have operations in France, Switzerland, Spain, the UK and the U.S. and will be led by Dr. Richard Greaves, who was most recently the Managing Director of Meggitt Aerospace Systems.
