BEIJING – China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) is looking to expand its core business by developing wind power plants along China’s coastal regions, according to research from Industrial Info Resources.

Industrial Info is reporting that CNOOC is looking for international partners for its wind power plan. According to the company’s General Manager, coastal wind power will supply the majority of energy for China in the next 10 to 20 years. As a result, CNOOC is willing to partner with all countries to develop this natural resource.
