Based on a report by Research and Markets, the Asia-Pacific region accounted for 45.9 percent of the semiconductor manufacturing revenues in June 2005, while worldwide revenue was 2.2 percent lower in June 2005 than the same time period in 2004.

The June 2005 year-to-date sales exceeded May 2004 year-to-date sales by 6.5 percent.
