Volvo Aero announced Monday that it is expanding facilities at its Aero-Craft subsidiary in Newington, Conn. by adding 27,000 square feet to its existing 40,000 square feet plant and office building. It will also nearly double its workforce.
The $15.3 million investment will be partially funded through Connecticut and the town of Newington.
