Senior VP, CFO Of Autodesk Resigning

SAN RAFAEL, Calif. (AP) -- Autodesk Inc. said Monday that Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Alfred Castino plans to resign to spend more time with his family.

The design software maker said it has started a search for Castino's successor, with Castino remaining with the company as CFO until a replacement is named.
