Medline Industries Acquires Chester Labs

MUNDELEIN, Ill. -- Medline Industries Inc., a privately held manufacturer and distributor of medical supplies, has acquired Chester Labs, maker of liquid products for personal care, infection control and diagnostic use in medical facilities.

Chester Labs, based in Cincinnati, Ohio, will continue to operate as an independent operating entity under the name Chester Packaging LLC.
