NEW YORK (AP) -- Industrial products maker Dover Corp. said Tuesday it acquired Barker Co., which makes cooled and heated display cases, for an undisclosed amount.

Dover said Barker Co. and Barker Sales and Service will become part of its Hill Phoenix division, which designs and sells commercial refrigerator systems.

The company said Barker, based in Keosauqua, Iowa, will report about $70 million in revenue this year. Barker products include refrigerated, non-refrigerated and hot display cases.

Hill Phoenix is based in Conyers, Ga., and Dover Corp. is based in New York. In afternoon trading, Dover shares gave up 31 cents to $42.56. Earlier in the session, the stock had touched an annual high of $43.10.
