Campbell Soup Names New VP

CAMDEN, N.J. (AP) -- Food maker Campbell Soup Co. said Wednesday it appointed Tarkan Gurkan as vice president of corporate development.

Gurkan, 40, previously served as senior vice president in the global consumer and retail group at Lehman Brothers.

The company said the position had previously not been filled.
